All exercise responses, meeting recordings, and essays are kept private between the student and their team of counselors, unless otherwise requested by the parent and approved by the student. This is done so the student feels comfortable expressing their individuality without the influence of their parents. Parents are always welcome to join meetings, but these are generally held between the student and the College Coach and/or Head Counselor. Typically, parents do attend a few milestone meetings throughout the duration of the program. Parents can also keep up with their student's progress as found in "How do parents keep up with the WeAdmit program?"
