We have a very strict hiring code here at WeAdmit. This is a trade secret, but to give you a basic idea, we track a large talent pool with data on their years of experience, admissions results, and so on. We interview them to evaluate such things as admissions expertise, work experience, track record, ease and efficiency of communication, and more. We then pick the top candidates who meet our standards. Since we are always evaluating candidates through this process, we make better hiring decisions than if we just focused on one-time evaluations.
